Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs Fails to Deliver on 22 Projects Worth Billions

According to reports, out of 31 projects undertaken by the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs in 2023/2024, only 9 were completed.

A statistical report by tracka.ng revealed that the ministry of Niger Delta Affairs was one of the worst performing ministries in 2023/2024

Out of 22, 8 projects worth N415m were  were abandoned halfway after the contractors had began work on site while 14 projects worth N1.34bn were not done at all.

With only 16% completion rate, the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs ranks lowest on the MDAs project completion ranking table in the country.
