Inyang  Emerges Chairman of Cross River  Chairmen Forum

   The Chairman Yakurr Local Government Council, Hon Yibala Inyang, has emerged Chairman of the Local Government Chairmen Forum in Cross River state

  Speaking in an Interview shortly after the election, which took place at the Glass House, Government house, Calabar,  the Chairman of Chairmen said the appointment expressed appreciation to his Colleagues for giving him the opportunity to serve them and dedicated his victory to God Almighty.

   He promised to ise his wealth of experience to bear at a time when all hopes and aspirations are on the Council administration for effective service delivery.

   ”I feel grateful to God  and the Cross River State Governor, Senator, Prince Bassey Edet Otu, his Deputy, Hon. Peter Odey, my Fellow Colleagues and the people of Cross River State including the Yakurr nation of whom without them, I wouldn’t have been where I am today.     I therefore dedicate this elevation to God Almighty, the People who believe in me  and have repose such confidence.I believe in the fact that, it pays to serve and there is always a reward for good service,

   ” Many people don’t believe in local government administration because they think it’s an avenue to siphoned money but thank God I am going to make a difference.

“By God grace, I and my team will change the narratives that you can still excel at the local government level to come up with visible achievements that touches the lives of the people.

    ”The achievement that reflects more is when the old men, women may never have seen the president or governor but sees them through the programs and policies through the local governments..

    "I am always diligent in whatever assignment I am given.and will not disappoint my fellow  Council Chairmen,,  Cross River State and the entire people of my local government." Elated Yibala remarked
