Acting IRS Boss Attributes Success To Teamwork, Deligence

The Acting Executive Chairman of Cross River Internal Revenue Service, Prince Edwin Okon, has attributed the successes recorded by the Agency to sheer teamwork and deligence of staff and tax reforms.
Speaking at the weekly management meeting, IRS boss, Prince Edwin Okon expressed appreciation to Governor Otu for the vote of confidence passed on the IRS and acknowledged the accolades as a push to exceed expectations.
The Acting Executive Chairman charged Management and Staff of the revenue collection establishment to see the morale boosting attention of the State Governor, Senator Bassey Otu, on the Service, as a motivation to achieve more in the sector
He said that the Service, having raised the performance bar by itself and for itself to achieve, must not relent as Cross Riverians are anticipating the actualization of the 'People First' promises.
Prince Okon disclosed that a reward system for 'Staff and Department of the Month', were amongst other incentives which will be activated by the Service to motivate morale and appreciate Staff for their efforts.
