Jarigbe Congratulates Yala- Born DIG Margaret Ochala

The Senator representing Cross River North Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, has congratulated newly promoted Deputy Inspector General of Police, Margaret Ochala, describing her elevation as a source of pride to the people of the district and Cross River State.

In a congratulatory message, Jarigbe commended the senior police officer, who hails from Yache community in Yala Local Government Area, for her remarkable achievement and dedication to service in the Nigeria Police Force.

The senator noted that Ochala’s promotion to the rank of Deputy Inspector General reflects her professionalism, commitment and years of meritorious service to the nation.

He said the people of Cross River North Senatorial District are proud of her accomplishment, adding that her new position would inspire younger generations, particularly women from the district, to aspire to greater heights in public service.

Jarigbe prayed for divine guidance, protection and wisdom for the new DIG as she assumes the responsibilities of her office.

“On behalf of the good people of Cross River North Senatorial District, I congratulate DIG Margaret Ochala on this well deserved promotion. We are proud of you and pray that God guides and guards you as you serve the nation in this new capacity,” he said.
