Under the new arrangement, the former Commissioner for Information and State Orientation, Mr. Chikadibia Okpor, has been redeployed to the Ministry of Rural Development.
His counterpart, Mrs. Aikeuwa Omebeh, who previously served as Commissioner for Rural Development, now takes over the Ministry of Information and State Orientation.
In a similar swap, the former Commissioner for Education (Primary and Secondary), Mr. Paul Awo Nwobasi, has been moved to the Ministry of Border Peace and Conflict Resolution. Mr. Donatus Ilang, who previously held that portfolio, is now the new Commissioner for Education (Primary and Secondary).
