Ebonyi Gov, Nwifuru, Hails Tinubu Bold Leadership, Reaffirms State's Support For Presidency

From Omaka OKOH (Abakaliki)

Ebonyi state Governor, Francis Nwifuru, has hailed President Bola Tinubu's bold leadership and the tangible achievements recorded in the last two years.

Nwifuru, who described the administraion as the real hope for future Nigeria, reaffirmed the state's support for Tinubu-led Presidency, calling on Nigerian to queue into the administrator for the survival of the country

Nwifuru stated this at a recent Town Hall Meeting held in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state organised by the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, as part of efforts to engage with citizens on the progress of the federal government's Renewed Hope Agenda.

Governor Nwifuru emphasised that President Tinubu’s administration has taken significant decisions that, while initially challenging, are now producing visible positive outcomes across the country.

He described the president’s leadership as being deeply rooted in conviction and determination, qualities he considers essential for any successful leader.

The governor attributed much of Ebonyi’s progress to the strong relationship and trust between him and the president.

He expressed a firm commitment to aligning his administration with the president’s vision and ensuring that Ebonyi continues to contribute to national development.

According to him, this partnership has been crucial to the success his government has recorded in key sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, education, and human capital development.

The governor said, “Tinubu’s presidency is spiritual, and though human beings can fight, his God is with him. This is the reason he is succeeding, and we are all seeing the successes he is recording."

He noted that the ongoing projects in the state reflect a shared vision between the state and federal governments, which he believes should be further explored and reported at the national level.

In response, Minister Mohammed Idris praised the people of Ebonyi for their warm reception and acknowledged the impressive turnout at the meeting.

He noted that although the federal delegation could only visit a small portion of ongoing projects, the impact of the Renewed Hope Agenda in the state was clearly evident.

The minister assured residents of continued support from the federal government and reiterated its commitment to sustaining the delivery of democratic dividends.

The meeting was attended by prominent stakeholders, including members of the National Assembly and leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
