C'River NDDC Rep Hail Otu's Transformative Leadership on 66th Birthday

The Cross River State Representative on the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Board Rt. Hon. Orok Otu Duke, has congratulated Governor Bassey Edet Otu of Cross River state on his 66th birthday, praising his transformative leadership.

Duke who spoke in a goodwill message on Saturday commended Governor Otu's efforts in uplifting Cross Riverians through infrastructural growth, economic stability, healthcare, education, employment, security, and tourism development.

According to him, "Governor Otu's inclusive governance and people-centered policies have earned him the title "People First" Governor. His initiatives have significantly improved the state's socio-economic outlook, benefiting both rural and urban areas".

The NDDC Commissioner however reaffirmed the Commission's commitment to partnering with the state government to sustain development across all sectors.
