C' RIVER: SEN ETENG WILLIAMS,WIFE ATTEND WEDDING OF GOV OTU’S SON IN CALABAR

Senator Eteng Jonah Williams, representing Cross River Central Senatorial District, and his wife, Mrs Imaobong Williams, attended the wedding ceremony of the son of the Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Senator (Apostle) Prince Bassey Edet Otu and Bishop Mrs. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu.

The lawmaker joined other dignitaries and extended warm congratulations to the newly-married couple , Mr. Francis Edem Bassey and his bride, Sylvia Ekpenyong. 

The wedding mass, held at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Edgerly, Calabar, drew guests from across the country and beyond including Gov. Hope Uzodima of Imo State, Senatorial, members of the House of Representatives, former Governors, members of Governors Wives Forum, Commissioners, captains of industry and top political appointees.

In his goodwill message, Senator Williams urged the couple to love, respect, and cherish each other, emphasizing that the Bible remains the ultimate guide for building a strong and lasting marriage.

He prayed for God’s blessings upon their new home and encouraged them to emulate the virtues of their parents by practicing patience, tolerance, and forgiveness as they journey through life together.
