Kingsley Tandu Inaugurated Bendeghe-Ekiem Youth Leader By NYCN

The newly elected Youth President of Bendeghe-Ekiem community, Comrade Kingsley Ntue Tandu has been officially inaugurated by the Cross River state chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, to pilot Youth affairs in the cocoa rich community in Etung Local Government Area of the state.
Recall that the former youth leader, Ausaji Osang was, through Congress, recently ousted from office by the vast majority of community youths for financial impropriety, gross abuse of office and other untoward activities.
Conducting the inauguration on behalf of the state leadership of NYCN, the Etung Coordinator, Comrade John Odu Bassey, said the recognition and declaration of Comrade Kingsley Ntui Tandu by the apex Youth body as the Youth Leader of Bendeghe-Ekiem and his subsequent inauguration confers him with every legal power to function as such, and automatically puts an end to any issue concerning Youth leadership in Bendeghe-Ekiem community.
The Youth Coordinator tasked the Tandu-led youth leadership of Bendeghe-Ekiem to repay the huge confidence reposed in them by teeming youths of the community by performing creditably to engender development of youths and the larger community.
He conveyed the congratulations and esteemed regards of the state youth leadership to Comrade Tandu and wished him a rewarding and eventful tenure in office.
In his inaugural speech, the newly inaugurated Youth Leader, Comrade Kingsley Ntui Tandu, thanked the youths, and other leaders of the community for their overwhelming support, assuring them that in no distant future, everyone would be relishing with pride for the choice they made.
He immediately read the riot act to youths who involve in crime and other activities that are inimical to the good image, growth and development of Bendeghe-Ekiem to take their leave as his administration would not spare anyone, no matter their placement in the society, who attempts to inhibit the overall progress of the community.
He called on all the youths and other stakeholders to joins hands with him to move Bendeghe-Ekiem forward, especially the youth segment of the community.
Highpoints of the event was the present of certificate of return to the new leader by the NYCN representative amid jubilation by friends, well-wishers and a greater population of the community.
