Cross River State Gov't Distributes Waste Bins Donated by NDDC, Restated Commitment To Clean, Green, Environment

In a bid to ensure proper waste management and evacuation within the city of Calabar, the state government has distributed and put to use the waste bins donated to the state by the NDDC.

This is in line with the Otu's led administration agenda of restoring the clean and green status of the state.

Recall that sometime last month, the Cross River State Government received 23 waste bins from the NDDC through the Cross River State Representative Rt. Honourable Orok Otu Duke.

The state NDDC rep, while presenting the dumpsters to the state government, disclosed that the 13 dumpsters were the first phase of a total of 300 dumpsters donated by the NDDC to the state adding that the remaining 283 will be delivered subsequently.
