Cross River Special Duties Commissioner Congratulates Trump on His Victory, Describes US Election as A Model
The Cross River state commissioner for special duties Honorable Oden Ewa has congratulated the newly elected president of the United States of America Mr. Donald Trump on his victory at the just concluded polls.
Trump of the Republican Party won his closest rival Kamala Harris of the Democrats in a landslide victory where where he won 270 of the electoral college votes while Kamala polled 226.
The special duties commissioner said the election was a tightly contested one which the mandate of the people was upheld.
He described Donald Trump as a dogged and ambitious man who’s focused on repositioning America as the greatest economy in the world.
He used the opportunity to call on the Nigerian government to use the American election as a model for future elections in the country.
