BREAKING: Gov. Otu Wins At Appeal Court as Onor heads for Supreme

The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos on Wednesday, November 22, has upheld the ruling of Tribunal by declaring Governor Bassey Otu as the authentic winner of the March 16 governorship election.

The Appeal had dismissed the Appeal by Sen Sandy Onor and PDP against Prince Bassey Otu as lacking in meirt.

The governorship tribunal had earlier dismissed the petition by Sen Sandy Onor and PDP brought before it against Prince Bassey Otu and APC.

The tribunal had held that the matter before it was a pre-election matter.

Meanwhile, sources close to Sen. Sandy Onor revealed that he is heading for Supreme Court to challenge the outcome of the Appeal
