Sandy Onor Rejects Appeal Court Ruling Heads To Supreme

Senator Sandy Onor , former Senator , Central Senatorial District, Cross River State and PDP, flag bearer has rejected the ruling of the Appeal Court.

Reacting to the ruling of the Appeal Court sitting in Lagos over governorship election petition today,the Director General Sandy Onor Campaign Organization, Joe Obi Bisong said the judgement "does not reflect the full conviction of our position on the processes leading to the election".

Obi said "We shall seek further legal opinion on the next possible steps"and urged supporters to remain calm and go about their legitimate businesses.

The DG expressed confidence that Justice shall surely be done.

Earlier today the Appeal Court sitting in Lagos upheld the verdict of the Election Tribunal and struck the matter out for lack of merit.
